ABOUT BD&MT
Business Development & Marketing Team (BD&MT) is a site run by the Bonner Leader Program at The University of the South. BD&MT is a student-led team which provides zero cost business consulting, marketing, and analytics services for businesses and organizations located in and around the South Cumberland Plateau.

HISTORY
Business Development & Marketing Team (BD&MT) was established as a site under the Bonner Leader Program at The University of the South in 2018. The creation of the site saw the consolidation of Bonner's Video Design, Web Design, and the social media management and web design portions of its Economic Development site.
MISSION & VISION
Bonner’s Business Development & Marketing Team (BD&MT) aims to promote the development of businesses and organizations on and around the Cumberland plateau. It is our belief that information (about the business or organization) presented in a clear and concise manner and that is easily accessible plays an integral role in the long-term stability of businesses. Furthermore, we also believe that consistent communication with clients helps to develop trust and lasting relationships with them. With these ideas mind, we plan to empower local business owners and organization heads by providing direct assistance in three primary areas:
-
Strategy & Consulting
-
Marketing
-
Advanced Analytics
Directed assistance in these areas helps local business owners understand demographic trends of their consumer base, how to capitalize on these trends, and finally how to develop and manage quality promotional material. BD&MT, thus, serves the greater community in facilitating sustainable business growth by expanding the capacity to which local business owners are able to manage and promote their businesses.
